These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and luck38 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the luck38 website located at https://luck38.cam and all associated services, products and features available through it (collectively, the "Platform").

luck38 is an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino, slots and table games to adult users in eligible jurisdictions. The Platform operates for entertainment purposes only under applicable international licensing terms. luck38 does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority, including but not limited to the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial gaming board. Users in Pakistan must independently verify the lawfulness of online gambling in their jurisdiction before accessing the Platform.

By accessing, registering on or using the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one exists.

In these Terms, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout account use:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or by the laws of your place of residence, whichever is greater.
• You must be accessing the Platform from an Eligible Jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited or restricted in a manner that would make your use of the Platform unlawful.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction that the Platform has specifically excluded from registration, as updated from time to time.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or officer of luck38 or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be registered under an existing Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party in registering or using the Account.

Each User may maintain only one registered Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. luck38 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate balances therein.

You are required to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address and contact details. You must update this information promptly if it changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share account credentials with any third party. luck38 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your credentials. You must notify the Platform immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

luck38 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. All Users are required to complete identity verification before withdrawal requests can be processed, and verification may be required at an earlier stage at the Platform's discretion. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid passport. Proof of address may be required in certain circumstances. Documents must be submitted in unaltered form through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal only. luck38 will never request KYC documents through unsecured channels such as third-party chat applications.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform for any commercial, fraudulent, or prohibited purpose.

You may access and use the Platform's features — including sports betting markets covering cricket (PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral series), football, tennis, esports and other live and pre-match events — solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment use in accordance with these Terms.

Each registered User may hold only one Account at any time. If the Platform identifies that a User has registered multiple accounts (whether under the same or different personal details), all accounts will be suspended pending review. Any bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be voided and balances may be forfeited.

You warrant that all information provided to the Platform — including during registration, KYC, payment processing and at any other point — is true, accurate, complete and not misleading. You accept that the Platform will rely on the information you provide and cannot be held responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information you have submitted.

All financial transactions on the Platform are subject to the following conditions. Payment method availability, minimum and maximum transaction limits, processing times and applicable fees are determined by the Platform's current cashier settings and may change without notice.

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. The Platform does not accept deposits made from payment methods belonging to third parties. Payment method names referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are familiar Pakistani financial services mentioned for contextual reference only. They do not imply that those institutions endorse, support or have any affiliation with online gambling on this Platform. Users must independently confirm whether their chosen payment provider permits transactions of this nature under the provider's own terms.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements, and compliance with the Platform's withdrawal processing procedures. The Platform reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to applicable limits and the Platform's Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations.

Account balances are displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) on the Platform. Actual settlement currency, conversion rates and applicable charges are determined by the payment provider and the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Users bear any currency conversion costs.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by the Platform and displayed in the cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and by account tier. The Platform may modify these limits at any time, and changes will be reflected in the live cashier.

From time to time, luck38 may offer promotional bonuses, enhanced odds, free bets, cashback or other incentive programmes to eligible Users. All promotions are subject to specific promotional terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotional terms take precedence.

Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, qualifying game types, game contribution percentages, maximum bet during a bonus period and expiry date are specified in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to comply with any bonus condition may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

While Bonus Funds remain active, placing any single bet in excess of the stated maximum permitted stake during the bonus wagering period constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in voiding of the bonus and cancellation of winnings accrued from excess bets.

Each promotional offer is limited to one per User, per household, per IP address, per device, per email address and per payment method, unless the promotional terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to circumvent this restriction through the use of multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

luck38 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. No User shall have a right to a bonus or promotional offer unless it has been formally triggered in accordance with the applicable promotion's terms.

All bets and gaming activity on the Platform are subject to the following general rules and to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the Platform's Help Centre.

A bet is accepted only when the Platform's system has confirmed its receipt and deducted the corresponding stake from your Real Money or Bonus Funds balance. Visual confirmation on screen constitutes acceptance. luck38 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances constituting abuse of the Platform's pricing systems.

luck38 strives to ensure odds are displayed accurately at all times. However, in the event of a technical error, data feed failure or pricing error that results in manifestly incorrect odds being published, luck38 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. The Platform will not be liable for any loss arising from such errors.

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned (for example, a PSL or ICC match affected by weather or other circumstances), bets will be settled in accordance with the sport's applicable rules and the Platform's published settlement policy. Typically, stakes on cancelled events will be returned to the User's account.

Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to rapid change. It is the User's responsibility to ensure they are placing bets at the correct odds and on the correct event selection. luck38 shall not be liable for bets placed on incorrect selections due to User error in fast-moving live markets.

luck38 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides User-controlled tools to help manage gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time-out controls and self-exclusion. These tools are available in the account dashboard and may be activated at any time.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that gambling carries a risk of financial loss, and that the Platform is intended solely for adult entertainment. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of luck38.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck38 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform or inability to access it, including but not limited to:

• Financial loss arising from gambling activity on the Platform.
• Loss of data, account information or transaction history.
• Platform downtime, technical errors or data feed failures affecting bet settlement.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure login credentials.
• Any reliance on information, odds, statistics or analysis provided on the Platform.
• Consequences arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luck38's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in contravention of applicable local law.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing account limits, bonuses or restrictions.
• Using automated systems, bots, scrapers or other non-human means to access or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing anomalies or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder funds or facilitate transactions for illegal purposes.
• Providing false or misleading identity, age or payment information.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf.
• Any conduct intended to defraud luck38, other Users or payment providers.

luck38 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or permanently close any User account and restrict access to the Platform where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotional terms.
• The Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or prohibited activity.
• The User fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The User is found to be accessing the Platform from a restricted or excluded jurisdiction.
• The User is found to be under the minimum age requirement.
• The Platform is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory instruction or court order.

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, luck38 reserves the right to forfeit any and all account balances, including Real Money Funds, where permitted by applicable law and where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach. In all other cases of account closure initiated by the User or for non-breach reasons, Real Money balances that have cleared KYC requirements will be returned to the User through appropriate channels.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which luck38 holds its applicable international operating licence, as specified in the Platform's licensing documentation. This choice of governing law does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be waived by contract.

Users acknowledge that luck38 does not hold a gaming licence issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority and makes no representation that the Platform's operations are authorised under Pakistani law. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and legal responsibility.

luck38 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users via the Platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last reviewed and updated.
